I've been munching several kinds of muesli bars when i'm hungry...

Well.. because muesli bars contain OATS which contain fibre ...
It's filling and can tahan for 4 hours...
one box of uncle Toby's is rm15 if i'm not mistaken...
it has 6 bars in one box...
but it's nice....

• full enough

I tried before the apricot and mango muesli bars..
and i love the apricot muesli bars...
Gastric patient should take this whenever they going any places...

Besides , this is the malaysia granolas bars..
well i do not know the differences between granola bars and muesli bars...
sounds the same...
but Uncle toby's muesli bars are FULLY wholegrain oats...
healthier i guess...
while quaker's granola bars are crunchier and high is calories...
Quaker's are cheaper and has 10 bars in a box..
Rm10 only la...
I ate before the peanut and chips flavor , cookie and cream and apple granola bars..
i think granola bars are more to cookies type with cereal , chocolate chips
and lastly
LESS WHOLEGRAIN OAT!

Conclusion : muesli bars are healthier.....=)
